Interested? So let’s get to explaining! (I promise it won’t take long).

1. How do I create a Stripe account to make great upsells?

For professionals

1.1 Creating an account

First of all, to create a Stripe account you need to have a Siret number.
Registration is very simple.
Go to the registration page: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register and fill in the form.
All you have to do is fill in the form and all the information required for your account, such as the account administrator, e-mail addresses and your password.

1.2 Confirm your e-mail address

When you’re done, check the box next to “I’m not a robot” and click on “Create your Stripe account” or “Create an account”.

Now you can log in to your account!

1.3 Setting up your Stripe homepage

Click on “Start now”, this is where you can add your company details.

Identity verification is required, but it never takes more than 24 hours for your account to become active.
If you don’t want to log in with your email address, and because we live in the age of social networking, you can use your Facebook account, LinkedIn account or Google account to log in! 😊
You will provide information on Company Details, Execution Details, Credit Card Statement and Bank Details.

1.4 Product creation

It’s easy: just go to the Products tab, click on Add a product and give it a name that will be visible on the payment form.
Then add a description, and showcase your product! That’s what will appeal to your travelers.

Once you’ve completed these steps, choose your billing model from the drop-down menu and enter your product’s price. Remember to indicate whether it’s a one-off payment or a recurring payment 😉
For the second option, you’ll have the choice of recurrence of course (every month, every week, every year…) When all that’s done, save your product and find it in your list of products!
It’s always possible to add others, for that, same process as for the first! 😁

1.5 Payment page

Now that you’ve created your products, you can create your payment link on Stripe.
Go to the Products tab > Payment link and click + Create payment link. All you have to do is select the product to be associated with the Stripe payment link, check the necessary options and define whether your customer will have to enter a billing address with or without a delivery address.
Come on, just one more step 😉 copy the generated payment link (Why? We’ll talk about that in a second) and presto, you’ve got your Stripe payment link!

And when you return to the Products tab > Payment links, you’ll find a shortcut to all your links!

2. How does Paypal work for additional sales?

For private customers For professionals

It’s not complicated! We tell you all about it! 😄
All you need to do is create an account; you can choose between personal and business accounts.
Fill in all the required information and your account is created! It couldn’t be easier!
To create your payment link, there’s just one more small step to complete.
You’ll need to create a Paypal.me account. All you have to do is upload a photo of yourself and then create your own (easy-to-remember) payment link.
Paypal will confirm that your link name is available. All you have to do is validate and your payment link will be created.
For your convenience, Paypal will confirm the name of your payment link in a personal email so you don’t forget it 😊

After that you can copy it into Bitly as shown below 😉.

3. Track the number of URL opens with Bitly

You’ll love
Bitly
! No more long URL links, bitly lets you shorten them. Incredibly useful! 😄

Remember the payment link we mentioned earlier? Did you save it? Perfect, now it’s going to come in handy 😊
All you have to do is click on “Create a link”. Copy and paste your URL. (Logical, you might say 😉 ). Then press create.
Tadam! Your bitly link is created and twice as short as the previous one! Now this is the one you’re going to keep preciously and insert in your booklet.
But bitly isn’t just about shortened URL links. Thanks to its tracking function, Bitly lets you track the number of clicks made via your link. It’s a great way to see how effective your page is, and why not improve it?

4. Add your products to the StyQR welcome booklet

Inserting it into your booklet couldn’t be easier! You can create a store category directly in your booklet.
How?
Super simple, in the practical info module you can add as many categories as you like.
Enjoy. It’s the perfect place to create your boutique category, or local products or whatever you like, and then add your various products.
You’ll be able to add as many products as you like, plus a small description. They will then all appear as a list when your travelers click on the store category.
Easy creation for you, ultra-easy access for your travelers. That’s what we like about StyQR: efficiency made easy! 😊

5. Create your welcome e-mail with your products

welcome

If you wish, you can also generate a welcome e-mail for your travelers.

It’s an ideal way to remind them of the crucial information they need to know about their stay, but not only that. Take the opportunity to introduce them to your store, and don’t hesitate to include a direct link.

This way, they’ll get a taste of everything you have to offer before they even arrive. A great way to feel privileged! 😊

This is a typical example of an email 🙂 :
