No, a single booklet can group together information common to the whole campsite. However, you can create several booklets if you have distinct zones (mobile homes, bare pitches, lodges…), or if certain contents need to be differentiated (specific services, rules by sector, etc.).
Yes, each booklet is 100% customizable: logo, colors, fonts, visuals, message tone… You create an experience consistent with the image of your establishment, whether you’re a small family campsite or a large listed estate.
A simple QR code, displayed at reception, in accommodation, on entrance kiosks and wristbands, and in confirmation e-mails. No download required: the booklet opens on any device (smartphone, tablet, computer).
Yes, you can include the booklet link in your confirmation emails, SMS messages or in the customer area of your PMS. We are compatible with all tools that allow you to send automated communications.
Yes, the booklet is available in 14 languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Dutch, Greek). You benefit from 150,000 free characters for automatic translation. Each holidaymaker has direct access to the version corresponding to the language of their device.

Yes, the price is calculated according to the number of pitches. Starting at €2 excl. tax per pitch, then €160 excl. tax as a fixed fee, with sliding scale prices from 10 pitches upwards. You pay only for what you need, with unbeatable value for money.
Not necessarily. The booklet remains accessible in 4G/5G, depending on the customer’s mobile coverage. You can also offer QR codes to be scanned at reception with temporary local Wi-Fi access (e.g. guest Wi-Fi).
