Having a website is the key to getting bookings. But what information should be put on it and how should it be managed? We tell you all about it here.

1. Why is this important?

Having a website dedicated to your hotel is important for many reasons:

  • Improve your online presence
  • Get more reservations
  • Manage everything in-house
  • Present all your offers
  • Create site-specific discounts

On a single page and in a matter of seconds, your future customers can find all the information they’re looking for. If, in addition, this information is relevant and well-classified, you’ll be sure to attract new customers!

2. What information should be found on your site?

The first step is done: customers are on your site. Now, their path to the information they’re looking for has to be short and simple. They mustn’t get lost. To do this, we advise you to classify by category: contact, photos, offers, bookings… So he’ll know immediately where to go.

Next, for an attractive site, you’ll need attractive photos. Call in a professional photographer and take photos of your hotel, rooms, reception area and exterior. These photos can be reused for your social networks if required.

Don’t forget to create a contact page with your address, e-mail address and telephone number. Some customers prefer to make their reservations by phone, or will have questions for you.

Finally, remember to add this information to make life easier for your customers:

  • Pet policy
  • Arrival and departure times
  • Distance from airports, train stations…
  • Activities close to your hotel

As you can see, if you want to manage your bookings successfully, it’s important that your website is attractive and functional. For ours, we went through
MARCH THIRTEEN
and we’re not disappointed!
