The subscription is taken out per welcome book slot: you pay for the number of welcome books you want to publish. Two options: annual, or seasonal with no automatic renewal, for properties open part of the year. Up-to-date prices are on the Pricing page of the site.
Annual suits a rental that is open all year round, seasonal suits a property closed for several months: 1, 2 or 3 months, with no automatic renewal. Monthly payment is reserved for large professional volumes, looked at case by case with the team. If you are unsure, they will help you choose according to your portfolio and your season.
Because the unit counted is not the same: a private individual or a gîte counts properties, a hotel or a campsite counts rooms or pitches, with very different volumes. The Pricing page sets out each case, and the team can offer a plan suited to large portfolios.
A trial period lets you explore the product; its terms are shown when you sign up. A demo with the team is also possible, and it is often the quickest way to make up your mind.

No. An inactive welcome book is no longer accessible to guests (the QR code shows an unavailability message), but it stays attached to your subscription. To stop paying for it, you need to remove it from the subscription in your account.

Your invoices are available in your account, under Subscription/payment. For an invoice that needs correcting (company name, address, a specific wording), ask a human.

The payment can be retried from your account. If it keeps failing (spending limit, expired card, bank check), contact a human: they will send you a payment link and make sure no access is cut off in the meantime.
