The questions we're asked
My poster's QR code shows a limit page, why?
If the poster is on the free version, it has reached its 10 scans: unlock it from your poster orders, without having to redo it. If it has only just been created, its QR code only becomes active once the order is confirmed.
Can I unlock a free poster I've already created?
Yes, and without redoing it: unlocking is done afterwards from your orders.
And if I manage several properties?
Bulk ordering generates and downloads the posters for several welcome books in one go, and you can track the scans of each one.
