Where do I find my welcome book's QR code and link?

On the welcome book’s Share screen: the link, the QR code to download, and the accompanying message to send by email, WhatsApp or SMS.

How do I display the QR code in my property?

Two ways. Download the QR alone from the Share screen for your own materials, or generate a poster from the platform: several styles, customisable, with the QR integrated.

Are posters free?

You must distinguish two things, and this is the most common confusion. On the welcome book’s Share screen it’s free and unlimited: the QR code to download and print-ready posters. A host who simply wants to display their QR in a room has nothing to pay. The bespoke poster is a separate paid offer: a customisable template (styles, colours, text). The first is free but its QR stops after 10 scans; beyond that number the guest sees a limit page. The paid version (from 7.90 € excl. VAT digitally, A4 and A5 formats, discounts from 10 posters) lifts this limit (unlimited scans) and provides tracking of openings for the poster. Printing and postal delivery are not yet available: the host prints themselves or uses a printer. StyQR does not sell physical supports (plate, sticker, frame): the QR code and posters are downloadable and printable. A free poster already created can be unlocked afterwards without remaking it. So a paid account does NOT make the bespoke poster free: the subscription covers the welcome book, the unlimited bespoke poster is a separate purchase. If a host is surprised to see a price, they are almost always in the bespoke offer rather than on the Share screen; point them to the Share screen if they only want the free option.

My poster's QR code doesn't work / shows a limit page

Two possible causes. If the poster is a free one, it has reached its scan limit: unlock it from your poster orders. If the poster has just been created, its QR code is only activated once the order is confirmed.

Can I order posters for several welcome books at once?

Yes, bulk ordering lets you generate and download the posters for several welcome books in one go, and track the scans of each one.

Can I have a paper version of the welcome book?

Yes. The paper welcome book is generated from the platform: you choose a style and a content template, you preview it, then you download the print-ready PDF. Generation runs in the background, including for several welcome books at once, and you are notified when it is ready.

Can I display part of the welcome book on my site with a widget?

Yes for the Guestbook: a carousel of your reviews and a badge with your rating to paste on your site. They are configured on the guestbook reviews page. Other modules are not available as widgets: share the welcome book link instead.

Can I embed the welcome book in an email or third-party platform?

Share the welcome book link in your automated messages (Airbnb, Booking, confirmation email) or on your site. The link works everywhere without installation. The Share screen also lets you refine the preview shown when the link is shared.

Can we generate a unique link per guest?

The welcome book has a unique link per property, not per guest. To control who can access it, use access lists.
