Why won’t my photos or videos upload?

Check file size and format, and your connection. Limits: in the Media library, 15 MB for an image, 100 MB for a video, 25 MB for a PDF or Word document; in module upload zones and the text editor, 10 MB per image (100 MB for a video); for a document to import via the AI, 20 MB. Videos are heavier: upload can take time and is done in chunks. From a computer a QR code allows you to send photos taken on your phone directly. If the issue persists contact a human.

Can I send photos from my phone while on a computer?

Yes: in photo drop zones a QR code opens the upload from your phone. Files arrive directly into the welcome book open on the computer.

Where can I find images if I have no photos?

A free image bank is integrated in the upload zones: search, choose, and the image is added to the welcome book. Your own visuals remain priority.
