Where can I find my guests’ condition reports?
In Condition reports, Guests tab: one stay per line, with check-in and check-out side by side (signed on…, to do, or not done), grouped by month. At the top, the banner counts this month the monitored stays, signed check-ins and check-outs, and check-outs to do; each tile filters the list. Search by guest, filters by welcome book, period, type (check-in done, check-out done, both, check-out to do) and “With remarks”, sort by date or by name.
What does “Check-out to do” mean in the guests’ condition reports?
The check-in is signed but the check-out is not yet, and the stay is ongoing or finished less than a week ago. After that, the check-out simply appears as “not done”.
Can I export my condition reports?
Yes: “Export” gives a spreadsheet (CSV, readable in Excel) of the stays in the current filter, or only those you tick.
Why won’t a welcome book’s condition report activate?
At least one reference photo is required: without it the guest would have nothing to reproduce. Its card shows it as “To complete”, and the filter of the same name in Welcome book settings lists them all; add a photo (“Add photos” on the card, or in the welcome book editor), then activate.
Does “Copy a template” erase anything?
No. The rooms and reference photos from the template welcome book are added: a room with the same name is reused (never two “Living room”), and a room that already has photos keeps them. You choose what is copied: rooms and photos, times, guest messages, activation. Photos copy in the background and appear within a few minutes; the template itself is not modified.
Can I take reference photos with my phone?
Yes. In the Photos panel, on desktop, “From my phone” shows a QR code under the room: scan it, take the photos, they appear automatically in the room. On a phone, “Add” will offer the camera or your existing photos.
