Two steps. Enable the languages you want on the welcome book (Settings screen), then run the automatic translation. It uses translation credits. You can also simply ask Styky, the assistant: it enables the languages, prepares a summary and waits for your confirmation. Nothing is translated or charged without your click.
The welcome book automatically appears in the language of the guest's phone if it is one of the enabled languages. They can change it at any time using the language selector in the welcome book.
They are what automatic translation uses up: the more text there is, the more credits you need. Your balance is shown in your account and a top-up is offered if it is not enough. As long as credits are insufficient, nothing is translated, and nothing is charged.
Three causes: the language is not enabled on the welcome book, credits ran out mid-translation, or the content was added AFTER the last translation. Running the translation again will handle whatever is left.
It is very good on welcome texts and house rules, but it cannot guess an ambiguous meaning or a play on words. You can proofread and correct any translation by hand: your correction is kept.
First check your credit balance and the enabled languages: these are the two most common causes. If a translated text looks wrong to you, correct it directly in the field concerned. If the problem persists, go through a human.
