Can I receive a statistics report?
Yes: a PDF report can be generated from the Statistics screen, with the figures for the period you choose, handy for an owner, a property management company or an end-of-season review.
What are visitor logs?
The detail of the viewing sessions on your welcome books: when, on which welcome book, which pages. This is what lets you make sense of an unusual figure in your statistics.
My own visits are skewing my statistics, what can I do?
You can exclude a session from the statistics from the logs: it is no longer counted in the totals (and can be added back in). It is made for your own tests, your demos or your service providers.
Can I see what guests are asking the assistant?
Yes: the AI assistant tab in the statistics lists the questions asked and the conversations, and offers an analysis of what is missing from your welcome books, with ready-to-publish content for each gap identified.
