Where are my welcome books to renew or deactivated?
In My welcome books, three views: Active, To renew (welcome books not in service: not yet activated, or expired seasonal) and Deactivated (those you paused). A view appears only if it contains at least one welcome book. Search by name, address, subtitle or reference, filters by type and tag, list or grid display.
What is Settings (Paramétrage)?
Settings and help > Settings: what is common to your welcome books, in six tabs, Your image (photo, logo, icon, shared link preview), Contact (how guests contact you), Stay (hours, instructions, photos, videos, documents), Emergencies, Organisation (tags, partner categories, access lists) and AI Assistant. Settings save automatically; in Organisation a tag, category or access list is created or edited in a window with its “Save” button.
What do “Followed by N welcome books” and “Reset to common” mean?
A common setting in Settings applies to all welcome books that follow it: “Followed by 12 welcome books out of 14” means two welcome books have their own value. “Reset to common” makes them take the common setting again; their own value is not lost (it returns if you reactivate it in the welcome book), except for the AI Assistant.
Which emergency numbers are shown?
Those you entered, otherwise those of the accommodation country; each welcome book chooses whether to display them (a new welcome book has them hidden by default). In Settings, Emergencies tab, add up to 50 useful contacts or pick from your contacts. For a country we do not know no numbers are suggested rather than an incorrect number: enter them yourself.
I changed my welcome book’s customised link, does the old one still work?
Yes: the old link points to the new. If you remove the customised link it points to the QR code link.
I regenerated the QR code: does the old QR still work?
No, that’s the point: regenerating disables the old QR (a guest using it sees “This link is no longer valid”). Reprint the new QR and send the new link. If the guest notifies you with “Notify the host” you receive their message by email.
What is “Notify the host”?
When a guest cannot open your welcome book (not yet activated or no longer attached to the subscription, deleted book, old link or old QR), the page offers them to leave a message. You receive it by email (“A guest could not open your welcome book …”), with their email or phone if they left them; your address is never shown. To prevent abuse a welcome book receives at most 5 messages per day.
Where did the Social networks, Accommodation, Tags and Access tabs go?
Settings now has six tabs: social networks are in Contact, accommodation information (hours, instructions) in Stay, tags and access lists in Organisation. Logo, profile and share preview are grouped in Your image.
Where are Connections and Synchronisation now?
Management software connect in Stays > Connections (sidebar). iCal calendars connect in Stays > Calendar, Synchronisation tab.
Where to manage the Boutique subscription?
In My account, Subscription tab, with your other plans; its invoices are in the Invoices and payment tab.
I can’t find the “Talk to a human” button
It is now called “Talk to our team”, in the Styky assistant (button bottom right of the screen).
