It’s the news of the month for April! Luko and Airbnb have teamed up to offer up to 1 year’s insurance (150 euros) to anyone listing their property on Airbnb. Want to know more?

1. How can I benefit?

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

1/ Be insured with Luko

2/ Be an Airbnb host for the first time, i.e. have never created a listing on the site.

3/ Host a minimum of one traveler before August 31, 2021.

4/ Finally, the amount of the reservation (including Airbnb service fees) must be at least 100 euros.

2. What are the conditions of Luko and Airbnb?

To benefit from this offer, here are the conditions set out by Airbnb:

  • First of all: Airbnb pays the 150 euro fee
  • On average, these 150 euros are equivalent to one year’shome insurance with Luko.
  • This amount will be deducted from the monthly payments of Luko policyholders renting out their accommodation on Airbnb in France for the first time.
  • Last but not least: the offer is limited to one property per person, valid for listings created via the personalized link sent by e-mail.
