If some fields in your StyQR booklet are not translated, there may be several reasons. Here are detailed explanations and available solutions:


1. Limit on the number of characters per booklet

  • Cause: Each booklet currently has a limit of 150,000 characters for all content, including translations. If this limit is reached, additional content, including translations, cannot be added.
  • Current solution:
    • If you reach the limit of 150,000 characters, contact StyQR support to request a temporary extension of the number of characters available.
    • Coming soon: Soon, you’ll be able to purchase additional characters directly from your StyQR space, according to your needs.

2. Field-by-field translation

  • Cause: The current translation requires manual entry field by field. If some fields have not been translated, they remain in their original language.
  • Solution:
    • Access each untranslated field from your interface and add the necessary translations.

3. Untranslated custom content

  • Cause: Text added to specific modules or custom categories (such as local recommendations) is not automatically translated.
  • Solution:
    • Check each module and category containing custom content and add the corresponding translations.

4. Technical problems or configuration errors

  • Cause: A temporary error may prevent some translations from displaying correctly.
  • Solution:
    • Reload your page or log in again.
    • If the problem persists, contact StyQR support for assistance.

  1. Check the number of characters used: Track your consumption of characters per booklet in your interface to anticipate any limitations.
  2. Plan your translations: Optimize your descriptions and texts so as not to exceed the current limit.
  3. Prepare to purchase additional characters: A future update will enable additional characters to be purchased as and when required, offering greater flexibility for managing large or multilingual booklets.
