1. For the host: Creation of an inventory of fixtures
- Documentation of the initial state:
- On arrival (check-in), the host takes photos of the various rooms and equipment directly via the “Inventory” module.
- Comments can be added to indicate specific details or important remarks.
- Sharing with the traveler: Once the initial inventory has been documented, it is shared with the traveler via a link or notification.
2. For the traveller: Validation of the state of repair
- View photos:
- The traveler can view photos taken by the host to check the initial state.
- Add comments:
- If necessary, travelers can add their own remarks or observations directly in the module.
- Validation and electronic signature:
- An SMS containing a unique code is sent to the traveler to electronically sign the inventory of fixtures.
- Once the code has been entered, the inventory of fixtures is validated.
3. Confirmation and archiving
- Notification:
- A confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the guest to let them know that the inventory has been validated.
- Secure archiving:
- The validated check-in or check-out is recorded in the guest’s StyQR space.
- It can be consulted or downloaded at any time for future reference.
4. Check-out: Departure follow-up
- At the end of the stay, the process is similar:
- The host documents the condition of the accommodation again, and the traveler validates the check-out using the same procedure.
