1. Retrieve the QR code from your StyQR space
- Log in to your StyQR account.
- Go to the “My booklets” section and select the booklet for which you wish to retrieve the QR code.
- Click on the QR code displayed in the interface to download it automatically in SVG format. This format is ideal for printing, as it retains optimum quality even after resizing.
2. Print and display in your hosting
- Recommended media:
- Posters or frames: Print the QR code on a high-quality poster and place it in a frame for a professional presentation.
- Personalized cards: Create laminated cards with the QR code for display in rooms or on tables.
- Hospitality documents: Integrate the QR code into your printed brochures or user guides.
- Strategic locations:
- Close to the entrance for immediate visibility.
- Alongside essential equipment such as Wi-Fi, TV and thermostat.
- On bedside tables, desks or counters in your accommodation.
3. Digital sharing (additional)
- To reduce the use of paper, the QR code can also be :
- Integrated into your confirmation e-mails or welcome messages sent to travelers.

4. QR code regeneration and update
- If you update the information in your booklet, the QR code remains valid and works with the most recent version of the booklet.
- In the event of QR code regeneration (URL change), download and replace previous media.
