StyQR offers monthly, annual and seasonal subscriptions for its digital welcome booklets, each with specific payment terms. Here’s a detailed look at how they work, illustrated with dates from 2024:
Monthly subscription
- Trial period: When you subscribe for the first time, you benefit from a free 14-day trial period. During this period, no fees are charged.
- First payment: At the end of the trial period, the first payment is collected on the following day. For example, if you subscribe on April 5, 2024, the free trial ends on April 19, 2024, and the first payment is taken on April 20, 2024.
- Recurring payments: Subsequent payments are made each month on the anniversary date of the initial subscription. In the example above, payments would be taken on May 20, June 20, etc.
- Adding passbooks: If you add new passbooks during the course of a month, the amount invoiced will correspond to the maximum number of passbooks used simultaneously during that period. For example, if you start with one passbook and add three more during the month, billing will be based on four passbooks for that month.
Annual subscription
- Trial period: A free 14-day trial period is also offered with the first annual subscription.
- First payment: The first payment is collected on the day following the end of the trial period. For example, if you subscribe on April 5, 2024, you will receive your first payment on April 20, 2024.
- Renewal: The subscription is automatically renewed each year on the anniversary date of the subscription, unless you decide to terminate it before the end of the current year.
- Adding booklets: If you add new booklets during the year, a pro rata payment will be required for the number of months remaining until the anniversary date. For example, if you add 10 booklets two months after the start of your annual subscription, you will pay the difference in rate for the remaining 10 months.
Seasonal Offer
- Available durations: StyQR offers non-renewable seasonal formulas, ideal for seasonal accommodation:
- 1 month: €9.90 excl.
- 2 months: €14.90 excl.
- 3 months: €19.90 excl.
- Payment: The total amount is collected at the beginning of the chosen period. For example, if you opt for a 2-month package on June 1ᵉʳ, 2024, the payment of €14.90 plus VAT will be taken immediately, and access will be valid until July 31, 2024.
- Renewal: These packages do not renew automatically. At the end of the chosen period, you will need to subscribe to a new offer if you wish to continue using the service.

- Payment security: Transactions are secured via the Stripe payment interface.
- Invoicing: After each payment, an invoice is sent by e-mail and is also accessible in your personal space, under the heading “Invoices”.
