    • Check the sections where empty fields are indicated by an asterisk (*) or a notification.
    • Complete these fields with the necessary information.

2. Incorrect data format

  • Cause: The system may expect a specific format for certain data (for example, a URL link, a telephone number, or a date format). If the format is not respected, an error occurs.
  • Solution:
    • Check that the data entered complies with the required formats. For example:
      • URL: Must begin with http:// or https://.
      • Phone number: Use international format if necessary.
      • Date: Use the day/month/year format or the format requested in the field.

3. Text length exceeded

  • Cause: Some fields have a character limit to ensure optimum legibility in the booklet.
  • Solution:
    • Shorten your text within the limits indicated. Try to simplify descriptions while retaining essential information.

4. Problem with downloaded files

  • Cause: Added files (photos, videos, PDFs) may not be compatible or may exceed the maximum size allowed.
  • Solution:
    • Make sure files are in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF).
    • Reduce file size if necessary, using tools such as Compressor.io for images and videos.

5. Unstable internet connection

  • Cause: A weak or unstable connection may prevent the system from backing up your data correctly, resulting in error messages.
  • Solution:
    • Check your Internet connection and make sure it’s stable.
    • Try again after refreshing the page.

6. Bug or technical problem

  • Cause: A temporary error may occur in the StyQR system.
  • Solution:
    • Reload the page and try again.
    • If the error persists, contact StyQR support via chat to report the problem and get help.
