Managing booklets in your StyQR subscription is simple and accessible directly from your personal area. Here are the detailed steps for adding or deleting booklets, as well as the particularities of special subscriptions:
Add booklets
- Autonomy via personal space:
- You can add new booklets directly from your StyQR space.
- The cost of additional booklets is automatically prorated for the months remaining until the anniversary date of your subscription.
- New booklets are immediately available for configuration and use.
- In case of constraint:
- If you encounter a problem or technical constraint, contact our support team via chat to assist you in adding booklets.
- Negotiated subscriptions or special rates:
- For customers with special pricing conditions, please contact support so that we can add the booklets for you.
- These adjustments will be made manually to ensure that your negotiated conditions are respected, until the new version of the system arrives.
Deleting passbooks
- Autonomous deletion:
- From your dashboard, click on the button at the end of the line to the left of the passbook you wish to delete.
- An action menu appears at the top of the table, allowing you to delete one or more booklets at a time.
- Limit on last passbook:
- The last active passbook in your account cannot be deleted, as each account must have a minimum of one passbook.
