Superhosts: their tips for a hassle-free rental
Getting your guests to come back, and to speak about you (favourably) after their stay: here are the keys.
Right, your bookings for the month are in the bag. But how do you get your guests to come back? How do you earn good reviews from them after their stay? Here are the Superhosts' tips to make it happen!

Keep your personal touch
"For us it's crucial to offer a warm experience by keeping personal touches such as family photos, because that authenticity is exactly what many guests are looking for." Ludovic and Maxime, Paris, Île-de-France.
It matters that guests feel at home in a pleasant atmosphere. So don't hesitate to leave in place whatever makes your property feel "lived in". Guests come back for the little details.

Trust them
"We're flexible with our guests and we bend over backwards to give them a memorable stay, and they really do repay us! Recently a couple left me a plant, which I found in the property while cleaning; that little gesture touched me enormously. It's important to build a relationship of trust: people are respectful when they feel respected."
That relationship of trust will pay off for several reasons: you'll feel relaxed during the stay and so will your guests, you can count on them to leave you a positive review, and there's every chance they'll come back! Who knows, thanks to them you might even become a Superhost!

Cultivate a sense of service
"I always try to make myself available to guests without being intrusive. I like knowing they feel at home, while guaranteeing them a complete change of scene thanks to the unusual setting of the houseboat. I always listen to my guests and make sure there's mutual respect." Boris, Rezé, Pays de la Loire.
Listening to your guests, being available without being intrusive: those are the keys to guests who come back or who spread the word about you. The little touches are the key to a successful stay. And you, what do you do to delight your guests?
