Here is how it describes itself:
Un groupe d’entraide pour mettre en « relation amicale » ceux qui possèdent, et ceux qui recherchent! Un appartement, une coloc, une maison, à vendre, à louer, à échanger .. La durée ? toute l’année, le temps d’un week-end ou pour les vacances … En ville, au bord de la mer, à la campagne ….pas de frontière !
Sharing Airbnb listings and those from other platforms is not allowed; but if you rent out your property outside these platforms, this is THE group for you!
One extra little rule: every listing must come with a Bonus, a gift offered to any group member you end up doing business with.

Can I share my Airbnb listing in any of these groups? No. Toi, toi, mon Toit does not allow Airbnb listings or those from other platforms. The two groups Hôtes Airbnb France and Airbnb France exist exactly for that. Read a group’s rules before you post.
Are the Airbnb France groups run by Airbnb? No. These groups are unofficial and are not managed directly by Airbnb. You will find other hosts there, not a support team. For a problem with your account, go through Airbnb itself.
Which group should I join if I swap my home rather than rent it out? The HomeExchange one, formerly GuestToGuest. You see exchange opportunities before anyone else and you can share your own listing for more visibility. Close to 2,000 members also answer questions about how the platform works.
What is the “Bonus” that Toi, toi, mon Toit asks for? It is a rule specific to that group: every listing has to come with a gift for the member you end up dealing with. What you offer is entirely up to you. Without that bonus, your post does not follow the rule.

Do I need to join all of these groups? No, pick according to the way you rent. If you go through a platform, the Airbnb France groups or the HomeExchange one are the right ones. If you rent directly, Toi, toi, mon Toit is the ideal place. A group where your listings are banned will do nothing for you.
