Valencia is world famous for Las Fallas, a one-of-a-kind festival listed as UNESCO intangible heritage, in which giant artistic sculptures are raised and then burned in a festive atmosphere every March.

Valencian cooking is among the most loved in Spain. Born here, paella valenciana is the signature dish, made with rice, fresh vegetables and either seafood or meat. Enjoy it with a glass of local wine or an ice-cold horchata.
