This is April's big news! Luko and Airbnb have teamed up to offer anyone listing their property on Airbnb up to 1 year of insurance (150 €). Want to know more?
1. How do you qualify?To take advantage of the offer, you need to meet a few criteria:
1/ Be insured with Luko
2/ Be a first-time Airbnb host, meaning you have never created a listing on the site.
3/ Welcome at least one guest before 31 August 2021.
4/ Finally, the booking amount (including Airbnb service fees) must be at least 100 €.
2. What are the Luko and Airbnb terms?Here are the conditions set out by Airbnb for this offer:
- First of all: the150 €is paid by Airbnb
- That 150 € corresponds on average to one year ofhome insurancetaken out with Luko
- The amount will bededucted from the monthly paymentsof Luko policyholders letting their property on Airbnb in France for the first time.
- Finally: the offer is limited toone property per personand applies to listings created via the personalised link received by email.
