What is the France Num Cheque?
Let's start with the definition: the France Num Cheque is a flat-rate payment of 500 € designed to cover all or part of the digitalisation costs borne by certain businesses with fewer than eleven employees that were ordered to close during the November 2020 lockdown, or that are hotels.
So it is a very welcome form of support right now! Thanks to it, you can make a few improvements to your rental and take your first steps into digital far more easily. For example, you could get a StyQR welcome book with this grant!

Who is eligible?
A few conditions must be met in order to be eligible:
1/ Be a business that was ordered to close during the second lockdown
2/ Be a hotel professional or work in the restaurant trade
3/ Finally, have fewer than 11 employees and an annual turnover of less than 2 million euros excl. VAT

Which types of expenditure are covered?
There are two types of eligible expenditure:
First of all, the purchase of or subscription to digital solutions from a digital services company established in France or in a European Union member state. This company does not need to be listed on the online service. The expenditure may include an element of consultancy, and the solution must fall under one of the themes below:
- Sales and promotion - E-commerce or promotional website; content; online payment; marketplace; online visibility
- Management - Booking or appointment-scheduling solution; stock, order and delivery management
- Management - Hosting, data storage, domain name management, cybersecurity tools; till software
- Customer relations - Bulk email and newsletter management tools; customer management
Alternatively, digitalisation consultancy (an audit to kick-start your digital transformation) provided by a private consultant listed on the online service.
- Check whether your consultancy provider is listed.

What supporting documents are required?
We promise: you won't need many supporting documents to claim it. You will need proof of identity and one or more invoices dated between 30 October 2020 and 30 June 2021 for a minimum total of 450 € incl. VAT

How do you claim it?
If you meet all the necessary conditions, you can submit your application here. Do bear in mind, however, that there are deadlines to respect depending on the date of your invoices. So make sure you check them before submitting your application.
Payment of this grant will begin on 26 February 2021.
