Nothing to download, nothing to set up.
The guest scans, the welcome book opens. No app to install, no account, no password. That's the condition for them actually reading it.

The app nobody ever downloads
Ask a guest to install an app for three nights and they won't do it. They'll message you instead. The welcome book opens in their browser, like any web page, and they add it to their home screen if they want to.
How it works
What it includes
- No install, no account for the guest to create
- A display suited to phone, tablet and computer
- Add to home screen, so it's easy to find again during the stay
- The same link everywhere: message, email, platform, QR code
- Access you can restrict with an access list when the welcome book contains codes
The questions we're asked
Does the guest have to create an account?
No. They open the welcome book from a scan or a link, with no sign-up and no password.
Does it work without a signal?
The welcome book is read online. For poorly covered areas, the paper welcome book generated from the platform takes over.
You switch it on from your account, whenever you need it.
Start with the welcome book: 14-day trial, all the features, no card required. The extras can be added afterwards, à la carte.
