Con <strong>nuevas obligaciones fiscales<\/strong>,<strong> requisitos energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong> y <strong>normativas locales m\u00e1s estrictas<\/strong>, lo mejor es estar bien informado para poder seguir alquilando tu vivienda con tranquilidad. Para el resto, se aplicar\u00e1 el <strong>sistema real<\/strong>, con la obligaci\u00f3n de llevar una contabilidad digna de un peque\u00f1o hotel.   <\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los beneficios fiscales estar\u00e1n ahora sujetos a una estricta condici\u00f3n: deber\u00e1s haber declarado tu actividad, obtenido un n\u00famero de registro y cumplido la normativa local. Pero ten por seguro que un buen EPD es tambi\u00e9n una aut\u00e9ntica herramienta de marketing para los inquilinos preocupados por el medio ambiente (\u00a1y por sus facturas de electricidad!).[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb181828&#8243;]\ud83c\udfdb\ufe0f Encuadramiento local: los ayuntamientos toman la iniciativa<br \/>\n[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb652338&#8243;]Otro cambio importante es que se est\u00e1 dando m\u00e1s poder a las autoridades locales para regular los alquileres tur\u00edsticos.
