What is Pareto&#8217;s law?<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]This law, initiated by <strong>Vilfredo Pareto<\/strong>, is a type of power law. Its theoretical basis? The <strong>80-20<\/strong> principle <strong>,<\/strong> known as the <strong>Pareto Principle<\/strong>. According to this principle, acting on 20% of the causes will solve 80% of the problem. How is it used for rental?<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]It&#8217;s <strong>simple<\/strong>! <strong>1\/<\/strong> Identify the <strong>20% of sites<\/strong> that bring in <strong>80% of your bookings<\/strong>. It may take a few months to <strong>identify<\/strong> them, but it&#8217;s very important. <strong>2\/ <\/strong>Concentrate on <strong>these sites<\/strong> and write a <strong>complete and attractive ad<\/strong>. Here too, <strong>take the time<\/strong> to describe your property and its unusual features, what makes it unique, what there is to do around it&#8230; <strong>3\/<\/strong> <strong>Update<\/strong> your ad often.
