For example, being part of a label can increase the <strong>visibility<\/strong> and therefore the <strong>reputation<\/strong> of your establishment, simplify <strong>rental management<\/strong> (via a global reservation platform, for example), or enable you to benefit from <strong>subsidies<\/strong> and<strong>financial aid<\/strong>. So how do you go about obtaining these labels? What are the specific advantages of each label? This is <strong>compulsory<\/strong> to be listed in the <strong>Tourist Offices<\/strong> (of the d\u00e9partement and the region) and to obtain <strong>ANVC vacation voucher<\/strong> approval. This <strong>starred classification<\/strong> is referenced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atout-france.fr\/\">Atout France<\/a>, France<strong>&#8216;s tourism development agency<\/strong> and the <strong>government&#8217;s<\/strong> sole <strong>operator<\/strong> in this sector. <strong>B&amp;Bs<\/strong> are not subject to a national prefectoral classification. As such, they are not obliged to register with the meubl\u00e9s touristiques classification, as they are not part of it. As a member, you benefit from <strong>personalized services<\/strong> and <strong>specialist<\/strong> support (decoration, profitability, layout, etc.), as well as the possibility of being <strong>marketed<\/strong> through a <strong>central reservation system<\/strong>. To apply for<strong>membership<\/strong>, contact the federation&#8217;s <strong>regional office<\/strong>. The annual cost of the label is around <strong>\u20ac130<\/strong>.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevacances.com\/fr\/\">Cl\u00e9vacances<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThis is the <strong>second major<\/strong> French <strong>label<\/strong>. You benefit from <strong>business support<\/strong> (training, legal assistance, technical support, etc.) and <strong>promotion of your rental property<\/strong> in <strong>France<\/strong> and<strong>abroad<\/strong>. However, this label does not offer a central reservation service.<strong>Membership<\/strong> is obtained from the <strong>head office in your d\u00e9partement<\/strong>, and will also cost you <strong>\u20ac130<\/strong> per year.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fleursdesoleil.fr\/\">Fleurs de Soleil<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThis label is an <strong>association<\/strong> of <strong>B&amp;B owners<\/strong>. It can help you with <strong>administrative formalities<\/strong> and <strong>list<\/strong> you <strong>on its website<\/strong> for a fee. Annual membership is <strong>250\u20ac<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accueil-paysan.com\/fr\/\">Accueil Paysan<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThis label brings together people <strong>with a passion for animals<\/strong>, <strong>gardening<\/strong> or <strong>professionals<\/strong> with agricultural status. Its <strong>ethical<\/strong> and <strong>humane<\/strong> <strong>charter<\/strong> aims to help travelers discover the work of the land. It is a <strong>solidarity-based tourism<\/strong> label with a presence in <strong>France<\/strong> and <strong>abroad<\/strong>. To be awarded the label, the site must meet a set of <strong>specifications<\/strong> and guarantee <strong>high-quality services<\/strong> and a <strong>warm welcome<\/strong>. To obtain the label, contact your regional tourism advisor.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rando-accueil.com\/\">Rando-Plume<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThis label certifies that the <strong>accommodation<\/strong> and its <strong>guest<\/strong> are a <strong>house of character<\/strong>, with a <strong>warm atmosphere<\/strong>, proposed<strong>activities<\/strong> and numerous <strong>ancillary services<\/strong>. To obtain this label, contact a <strong>Rando-Accueil representative<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bienvenueauchateau.com\/\">Welcome to the ch\u00e2teau<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nIt&#8217;s an <strong>association<\/strong> whose aim is to create a label safeguarding <strong>French heritage<\/strong>. It&#8217;s a <strong>prestigious<\/strong> label!
