It protects both the tenant and the landlord. The only drawback is that you usually have to<strong> be on site<\/strong>, or ask someone you trust to be. Not always easy. How does the module work?<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]It&#8217;s <strong>that simple<\/strong>! Every module in our <strong>welcome booklet<\/strong> is designed to make your life easier. All you have to do is take photos of all the rooms you want before your guests arrive. You&#8217;ll have a<strong> maximum of 5 photos<\/strong> per category (room). The <strong>choice of photos<\/strong> is up to you! But we advise you to take photos of <strong>all the fragile objects<\/strong> and\/or items that are particularly <strong>important to you<\/strong>. This will be the <strong>first step<\/strong> in taking the photos. Then, when your host leaves, all he or she has to do is complete his or her part of the rental with the <strong>same photos<\/strong>, to prove that he or she is returning the property in <strong>perfect condition. <\/strong>This will be an <strong>instant photo<\/strong>, so <strong>there&#8217;s no cheating<\/strong>: you&#8217;ll receive a photo of your accommodation at the very<strong> moment<\/strong>. He or she will have to validate <strong>each category<\/strong> one by one and<strong>authenticate by sms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>  You will then receive a<strong> summary<\/strong> and a <strong>comparison<\/strong> with your photos. <strong>What about damage?<\/strong> Let&#8217;s say the coffee machine breaks down (it can happen), your host will be able to indicate this in <strong>a separate section<\/strong> that you renters will find in your personal space. To protect you from <strong>damage<\/strong> or theft (unfortunately, it happens). Secondly, for<strong> convenience<\/strong> and <strong>autonomy<\/strong>. You don&#8217;t have to go out of your way to <strong>check live<\/strong>. And for the tenant, no need to stress about not being ready on time for your visit. You&#8217;ll also be showing them that you <strong>trust<\/strong> them by not having to check it yourself. Finally, for <strong>health reasons<\/strong>! With the current crisis, it&#8217;s important to find <strong>digital solutions<\/strong> to <strong>avoid contact<\/strong>. What better way than to send photos? With the check in\/check out module, life for both parties will be <strong>smoother<\/strong> and more <strong>serene<\/strong>! <strong>And what about possible disputes<\/strong>? It&#8217;s up to the rental company to include a statement in its<strong> terms and conditions<\/strong> indicating that check-in and check-out are carried out using our <strong>module<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p> We opt for validation of the check-out <strong>by SMS<\/strong>, as this is proof that it was indeed the<strong> host<\/strong> who carried it out.
