Some cities can now <strong>set a maximum number of days per year<\/strong>, require <strong>specific authorization<\/strong>, or impose the conversion of commercial premises into accommodation in order to obtain the right to rent. <\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Paris, Lyon, Nice, Annecy or Bordeaux<\/strong>, the new rules are already in place or in preparation. So if you&#8217;re renting in a high-tension area, it&#8217;s imperative to consult your local council.
