StyQR Free lets you create and manage a digital welcome booklet free of charge. Available modules include: wifi, digicode, around me, guest book, useful numbers and practical information.

The functionalities of this offer are limited (limited amount of information, no translation possible, etc.).

For more comprehensive use, the Premium package is the best choice.

The StyQR Free offer is limited to 1 User per household for personal use, or 1 User per company for business use.

The Premium offer gives access to extended functionalities (no limit on the amount of information or the number of booklets). This formula also allows you to manage several welcome booklets simultaneously on the same account. You can also customize the look of your welcome booklet (background images, fonts, colors). Finally, the Premium package lets you translate your booklet into 8 different languages.

We have chosen to charge differently for these establishments because the number of connections to the booklets is more important than for the other types of accommodation. We therefore apply a global price per number of rooms or pitches for hotels and campsites. This pricing will be implemented for new customers as of May 1, 2021. If you were a customer before this date, your rate will not change.

All you have to do is create an account and then set up your first booklet. Once the configuration is complete, you can click on “Become Premium” from your administrator area. You will then have a 14-day trial period, allowing you to test our offer for free.

It is possible. You can choose the monthly subscription and then cancel it when the time comes.

You have 14 days of free trial when you subscribe to the Premium subscription. If you are not convinced, simply cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

With the monthly subscription, the amount of your monthly payments is calculated according to the maximum number of passbooks subscribed to simultaneously during the period. From your administrator area, in the “My subscription” section, you can choose to reduce the number of booklets included in your offer. You must first delete the passbooks concerned from your account. This modification to the subscription will apply from the following period.

For the annual subscription, you have until the day before the anniversary date of your subscription to reduce the number of passbooks included in your offer. You must first delete the passbooks concerned from your account.
For example, if in the first year you subscribed to the Premium offer with 10 passbooks, and you wish to downgrade to 8 passbooks for the following year, you will need to delete 2 passbooks in your “Manage my passbooks” area, then modify your subscription in the “My subscription” section.

Simply click on “Create a new passbook” in your administrator area.

With a monthly subscription, you will be billed at the end of the current month for this addition.

With the annual subscription, you will have to pay for this addition pro rata to the number of months remaining before your anniversary date.

You can cancel your subscription by e-mail: support@styqr.fr, indicating your login. A confirmation message will be sent to you.

You can also cancel your subscription from the “My subscription” page in your user area. If you have created several passbooks, you will need to delete them to keep just one from the “My passbooks” area. You can then go to “My subscription”, and reduce the number of booklets you want for the next period to 0.

Cancellation takes effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period (i.e. the anniversary date).
