If your booklet displays the message “This booklet is not available”, this means that your booklet is in “pause” mode.

To restore access to the booklet, it must be reset to “Live” mode. To do this, go to your administrator area on the “Your passbooks” page, then click on the “Pause” button to put the passbook back online:

  • Check that you have filled in the “title” and “subtitle” fields for all active languages. To do this, click on each flag to check that a translation is available.
  • Check that your address is correct and corresponds to one of the addresses automatically suggested when you fill in the field.
