1. What is the France Num voucher?

Let’s start with its definition: the France Num cheque is a flat-rate cheque for 500 euros to cover all or part of the expenditure on digitization borne by certain companies with fewer than eleven employees that closed administratively during the confinement of November 2020 or hotels.

1. Who is eligible?

A few conditions must be met to be eligible:

1/ Be a company that is administratively closed during the second containment period

2/ Be a hotel or catering professional

3/ Lastly, have fewer than 11 employees and annual sales of less than €2 million excluding VAT.

2. What types of expenses are taken into account?

There are two types of eligible expenditure:

Firstly, the purchase of or subscription to digital solutions from a digital services company established in France or a member state of the European Union. It is not necessary for this company to be listed on this teleservice. Expenditure may include a support component, and the solution must fall into one of the following categories:

    • Sales, promotion – E-commerce or promotional site; content; online payment; marketplace; internet visibility
    • Management – Booking solutions, appointment scheduling; Inventory, order and delivery management
    • Management – Hosting, data storage, domain name management, cybersecurity tools; Cash register software
    • Customer relations – Bulk e-mail and newsletter management tool; Customer management

4. What are the supporting documents?

I promise, you won’t need much in the way of supporting documents : first of all, you’ll need proof of identity, and one or more invoices dated between October 30, 2020 and June 30, 2021 for a minimum total amount of 450 euros including tax.

5. How do I benefit?
